1. Who we are

2. What we collect
Your name (including katakana), email, phone, LINE name (optional), emergency contact, any health information you choose to tell us, the record of your agreement to the consent form (version, time, IP address), your orders and payments, your class attendance, and messages you send us.
Card numbers are collected directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We never hold them.
3. What we use it for
- Taking, confirming and following up your bookings for trials, classes and seminars
- Managing your membership, tickets and passes, recording attendance, and telling you what you have left and when it expires
- Running classes safely, giving first aid and calling your emergency contact if you are hurt or unwell
- Telling you about cancellations and venue changes
- Answering your enquiries
- Keeping the records the law requires and preventing misuse
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not give your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where the law requires or allows it, such as to protect someone's life, body or property when your consent cannot readily be obtained.
5. Service providers
We use these providers to run the service, under appropriate supervision, only as far as the purposes above need:
Stripe, Inc. (payments) / Cloudflare, Inc. (website and database) / Resend, Inc. (email)
6. Transfers outside Japan
All three providers are United States companies, and your information may be handled on servers in the United States and other countries.
The United States has no comprehensive federal law equivalent to the APPI; personal information is protected there by state and sector laws (see the Personal Information Protection Commission's survey of foreign systems).
We have confirmed, through each provider's privacy policy and data processing terms, that each maintains a system meeting the standard in Article 28(1) of the APPI. Ask us for details at the contact below.
7. How we keep it safe
Organisational: only the people who need it handle personal information, and the admin console has a separate password for each person.
- People: everyone who handles it is told how it must be handled.
- Technical: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and limits on repeated failed sign-ins.
- Where it is held: we have taken account of the rules in the country where our providers are based (the United States) in choosing these measures.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to tell you how we use your information, to disclose it, to correct, add to or delete it, to stop using or erase it, to stop providing it to third parties, and to disclose our records of any such provision. We will confirm it is you and respond without delay as the law requires. There is no fee.
